henry ford museum

On this rainy day, we chose to attend the 100th Anniversary Titanic Exhibition at the Henry Ford Museum. If this ever comes to your town, you must see it. So many great artifacts are displayed, along with these boarding passes that represent passengers of the Titanic. (I had to rely on myself for pictures, explaining the minimal outfit photos taken). I’m not one for history, but I was extremely excited about the little bit of fashion history that we spotted. I think my 80’s inspired top was appropriate for this day!!!

I’m usually one to pick out an outfit full of girly features like scarves, cardigans, and flowing tops with lots of accessories but every now and then, I get a feeling of something different. Nothing wrong with a little bit of androgyny in your day.

(what I wore: Forever21 jeans, men’s shirt (both now on sale) and bracelet, H&M chain bracelet, thrifted belt and sunnies, lighter pin c/o Zippo, Vera Wang bag seen here, Charming Charlie key necklace, Shi wedges, Kardashian Kolor for Nicole by O.P.I. in “Strike A Pose”)
